 | | ALL AMBASSADORS agree UNCONDITIONALLY AND FOREVER to release any claim against and hold harmless the Ambassadorial Society or its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, assigns or corporate parents, which the Nominee and Ambassador may |
| | have, by virtue of participation in the Ambassadorial Society or any use of his or her name, likeness, voice, biographical information, including use in promotional advertising materials.

 | | Ambassadors must be of high moral character, and should this found to be untrue will the Ambassador or Nominee be summarily expelled.

 | | Ambassadors who flagrantly utilize their titles in an inappropriate manner will be summarily expelled.
|
 | | Disputes among Ambassadors will be resolved by the governing body.
|
 | | The Ambassadors will adhere to the guidance and resolution of the governing body.
|
 | | Failure to adhere to guidance and regulations by the governing body either verbally or written will cause disciplinary actions which may result in the expulsion of either the Ambassador or the Nominee.
|
 | | The Universe, International, and World award is trademarked and cannot be used for any purposes without the authorization of the governing body.
|
 | | The Coat of Arms for the Society is registered and cannot be used for any purposes without the authorization of the governing body.
|
 | | Violation of the code of conduct or the Golden Rule will result in disciplinary actions which may result in the expulsion of either the Ambassador or Nominee.

 | | Ambassadors agree to the following RELEASE WAIVER and ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I, for myself, my heirs, next of kin, personal representatives and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Ambassadorial Society, its members, successors and |
| | assigns, as well as organizers of Ambassadorial Society events or activities. I agree to hold all aforementioned individuals harmless from all liability, loss, claims, demands, possible causes of action, court costs, attorneys’ fees and other expenses arising from any lawsuit that may otherwise accrue from any negligence, loss, damage or injury (including death) to my person or property in any way resulting from, or arising from any Ambassadorial Society event or activity, including travel to and from club events or activities. I know the risk and danger to myself and property, both from known risk and unanticipated risk, while participating or assisting in Ambassadorial Society events or activities, and I do so voluntarily and in reliance, not upon the property, equipment, facilities and existing conditions furnished by others, but upon my own judgment and ability, and I thereby assume all risk of loss, damage or injury (including death) to myself and my property from any cause whatsoever and whether or not attributable to the negligence of others. By undergoing the nomination and review process, and accepting the membership of the Ambassadorial Society, I and my parents (any minor under 18 years of age) to both the ASSUMPTION OF RISK and RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY clause stated above.

 | | Petitions for increasing a member's Fellowship level will be compared to that member's past portfolios.

 | | Much consideration must be taken into reviewing each nominee's submission.

 | | This is not a pageant or a beauty contest. Peer review in various disciplines are required.

 | | It is an honor to nominated by someone who thinks extremely highly of the nominee, and thus all recommendations must be carefully scrutinized.

 | | Submit ONLY COPIES of any Transcripts, Certificates, and other Important Documents as your portfolio will not be returned.
